Congrats on the shift. One of my goals this year will be to shift my letter into Kristen, first, with a collective building around Black urbanisms that I facilitate through stewardship of some key IP around Black Urbanism. Still don't have all the words, but the intention is set.
Love the pivot. And it is appropriate, for the times are changing. Which is a lesson that we all learned during the pandemic. Nothing is a given. It can change in an instant.
Heath, I've been honored to watch you grow as a writer and develop one of the best and most wholesome letters on the Substack platform. I was shocked to see I was the only one commenting on many of your posts months ago, and although I haven't been as active lately in the comments section, I continue to read everyone of your offerings as a Wednesday and Sunday ritual. I think this rebrand is perfect for what you've created here. I still haven't quite figured out what direction I will take with my posting on Substack quite yet. But you clearly have found not only what works for you but also for the burgeoning audience on this excellent and innovative platform. I look forward to the next 100 or so posts in this new chapter of your Magnum opus.
Thank you so much for all of your support, Amelia! It's been quite a journey so far, and I look forward to seeing where 2023 takes me. I enjoy reading your work too, so keep doing what you're doing!

Thanks Kristen! I love the plan too- that sounds like positive movement. Looking forward to continuing to read your work in 2023!

Thanks Aunt Rose! I agree- change happens quickly and the pivot is what's important
